The debut of Anantara in the United States. A 50-story, 650-foot wellness tower above Biscayne Bay. Architecture by KPF, interiors by Studio Urquiola, and over 130,000 square feet of resort amenities.
Anantara Miami Resort & Residences marks the American debut of the Thai-heritage luxury hospitality brand: a two-acre urban sanctuary rising 650 feet above 3601 Biscayne Boulevard, at the gateway where Edgewater’s high-rise district meets the Design District, Midtown, and the overwater connection to Miami Beach.
The tower unites 100 private condominium residences with 120 resort residences and 50 hotel suites, anchored by more than 130,000 square feet of amenities, a 30,000-square-foot Vitality & Longevity Center, Thai-inspired rooftop gardens, and a private rooftop helipad. The building is designed to Florida Green Building standards and aligned with WELL and Fitwel principles.
Three distinct collections share one tower: 100 private branded residences, 120 resort residences, and 50 boutique hotel suites, each served by Anantara's signature Thai-inspired hospitality.
Five two-bedroom Resort Residences on Levels 15 to 21, and two Private Residences on Level 36. Each line below is a live developer allocation, with the 360 tour taken from that exposure and the floor plan attached. Inventory moves, and this table is updated when it does.
